Omar  is a commercial and operations executive with over 12 years of experience scaling consumer brands across e-commerce, retail, and marketplaces. He brings deep expertise in go-to-market strategy, digital channel expansion, and operational execution—with a focus on building scalable, data-driven commercial organizations.

 

At KoRo, one of Europe’s fastest-growing FMCG brand, he serves as Vice President Commercial & Operations leading teams across , pricing, marketplaces,,supply chain and  logistics and S&OP. He is spearheading the creation of KoRo’s Commercial Vertical—covering pricing, merchandising, and channel strategy—to unlock profitable omnichannel growth across Europe.

 

Previously, he played a key role in the growth of SellerX, one of Europe’s largest Amazon FBA aggregators. There, he helped drive commercial integration and scaling across a portfolio of brands, overseeing pricing, retail readiness, and marketplace performance during a phase of hyper-growth and portfolio expansion.

 

Earlier in his career, he held various commercial roles at Amazon, where he was responsible for vendor and category management within the consumer goods sector. At Amazon, he developed a rigorous foundation in digital retail, assortment strategy, and performance marketing—skills that have since informed his approach to marketplace strategy and commercial scaling.

Today, he is the co-founder and managing partner of IO Advisory, where he leads the firm’s commercial strategy practice. He advises founders, investors, and operators on channel strategy, go-to-market execution, operational scaling, and commercial due diligence—bridging strategy and operations with hands-on leadership.

Ingo is a finance and strategy executive with 14 years of experience supporting consumer brands across e-commerce and retail. He has led teams through rapid growth, international expansion, and complex integrations—with a focus on profitability, scalability, and execution.

At SellerX, one of Europe’s leading e-commerce aggregators, Ingo built the global finance function from scratch, integrated 40+ acquisitions, supported over $500M in fundraising, and implemented the financial infrastructure for international scale. Previously, he held senior roles at The Coca-Cola Company, where he worked on strategic planning, pricing, and contract negotiations across EMEA.

Most recently, he served as CFO at Barfer’s, a PE-backed, omnichannel pet food brand with its own production. He led the professionalization of the finance function by bringing accounting in-house, securing debt for growth investments, and implementing systems to lay the groundwork for scalable growth and a future transaction.

Today, Ingo is the founder and managing partner of IO Advisory, where he acts as strategic and financial lead across all projects. He oversees finance-driven workstreams, M&A, fundraising, and commercial validation, bridging strategy and execution with pragmatic, hands-on support.

A Belgian-German born in Hungary, Ingo grew up in Budapest and has lived in Spain, France, Austria, and now Berlin. He speaks five languages and has a lifelong interest in science, systems thinking, and creative problem-solving.

Andreas started his career in management consulting at BCG, which provided him with a strong foundation and learnings from various strategy, operations and reorganization projects.

Yannick Gotthardt is a Brand and Marketing Strategy Director with 15 years of experience building brands, campaigns, and marketing growth engines across the private and public sectors.

 

He held senior leadership roles at agencies such as antoni, where he led brand and communication strategies for clients including ALDI and BILD. He also managed European market entries and product launches for WIZZ Air, Bumble, and tado°, developed crisis strategies for ÖBB Austrian Railways, and built media platforms for A1 Telekom Austria through his own agencies BTTR and MTTR in Vienna and Berlin. Most recently, he served in interim executive roles, including as Managing Director for the German market entry of Accessiway, an international SaaS company whose business model is deeply marketing-driven — a context where he effectively operated in a CEO capacity.

Earlier, his work in media development and political campaigning shaped messaging and communication strategies for the German federal government, parliamentary parties in Austria and Germany, large institutions, and unions. This unusually broad foundation enables him to design strategies, teams, and formats that connect political, corporate, and cultural domains in ways few expert can.
